Shipping
All of our items are handmade to order, so each one is crafted just for you. Orders are usually processed within a few working days, and production may take up to 7 working days.
We don’t dispatch orders on weekends or bank holidays, but once your order is on its way, you’ll receive an email confirmation at the address you provided.
Please allow up to 10 working days for your order to arrive before getting in touch.
Curtains, Blinds & Pelmets
Curtains, blinds, and pelmets are made to measure, so the approximate delivery timeframe will be provided in your quotation before your order is confirmed.
UK Shipping
UK orders are generally sent via Royal Mail First Class, although other carriers may be used depending on the size and type of the order.
Royal Mail First Class usually delivers most items within 1–2 working days, though delays can occasionally happen.
Tracking information will be provided for all orders, and deliveries of curtains, blinds, and pelmets will require a signature upon receipt.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide, and international shipping costs apply.
Delivery times vary depending on the destination. International deliveries can take up to 20 working days.

Returns
Since all of our items are custom-made, we cannot accept returns.
If you think your item might be defective, please contact us at shop@albacraft.co.uk before sending it back, and we’ll help you sort it out.
Returned items must be in their original condition and must not be worn, altered, or washed. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the item shows signs of wear, alteration, misuse, or damage.
If a return is approved, we’ll refund the cost of returning the item to us.
Please note: we do not issue refunds for items damaged during shipping. In these cases, a claim must be made directly with the carrier.
Exchange & Cancellation
Because all items are handmade, we cannot offer exchanges or refunds.
For Roman blinds and curtains, once your order is confirmed and payment is received, cancellations are not possible.
